   Momentary pet peeve: Shouldn’t “I could care less” include 100%? I think it overlaps with “I couldn’t care more.”

   Yeah, I could agree with that – but it becomes a half full/empty sort of thing at that point. To me, once you hit maximum level, you would describe it as such. Good point, though!
