Sorry, I don’t know of one specifically. I know lots of people use Angie’s List, but most of my own business research is done via Yelp or simply searching the web/Twitter for comments about them.

I’m not trying to change the topic, just searchin for a bit of info because we have made the decision to hire a moving service and are searching for an honest moving organization. We were thinking of using this company, Movers4Less 1992 N Main St Walnut Creek, CA 94596 – 925-309-6130. Is there some sort of movers fraud or review site in existence for verifying them?

These posts started showing up to my friends and I never answered one. I did however, mark my friends’ such posts as spam. FB should just shut them down. I don’t have Firefox either. I’m thinking of shutting down my profile because of them.

I just wanted to take a minute to leave a bit of positive feedback, as I am a small business owner and understand how everyone is quick to post bad experiences but rarely take the time to post about good ones.

I'm a regularly active reviewer on Yelp. Out of my 287 reviews, 233 of them are 3 stars or more. That's 81%. I have no problem taking the time to write up a positive review for a good experience. Unfortunately, I didn't receive that from Piggyback. In most cases, I confine my business reviews to Yelp. Unfortunately, Yelp has a character limit which I far exceeded, so I had to post a condensed version there and linked to the full version here.

I just came upon this post while I was searching for PiggyBack Moving’s website…after my move was complete
I am so surprised to hear of this situation.
I just wanted to take a minute to leave a bit of positive feedback, as I am a small business owner and understand how everyone is quick to post bad experiences but rarely take the time to post about good ones.
My experience was very uneventful and I was very impressed with how smooth things went.
The driver and helpers went above and beyond helping me set up my furniture (being a single woman that can be hard) they were polite and very helpful…
I did not have the guys mentioned in this “story” but Bruce and Randy were awesome…thanks for everything!!!!

Jackie, I’d love to hear about her explanations to you regarding the circumstances of our move.

I left my mother’s comment in the moderation queue for a good while before deciding to allow it through. It was the same situation, but she had her own dealings and conversations with Nikki, so I felt it acceptable to approve.

I almost didn’t use this company after reading these reviews- I directly asked Nikki about them and I felt like she was honest with her explaination of the events spoken of above. I didn’t understand the reply from “Yvonne” was not a seperate situation. She is the mother of the gentleman who posted his story.

I hired this company and I had a totally different experience. Nikki was my sales representative. She was polite, friendly and helpful. The men who arrived to provide the service were clean and friendly.

The men who made the delivery were also clean and friendly. Everything arrived with no damage. The price was fair. I was very happy with the company from start to finish. I was recommended to them by a freind who used them last year and was also very pleased with the service.

What else could I have asked for… I’m 100% happy with them!

Recently dealt with Chrissy from the same company…lie upon lie upon lie. So pathetic she can not keep her story straight but continues to lie about lying.

Nikki is a LIAR. DUMB and DUMBER she was stating that one Man, the very man I told her was not worth the time of day, was a new man, now I’m reading he is the star of the group???? Really PiggyBack sucks is to good a name for them. DON’T USE THEM. Happy to say in my line of work (REAL ESTATE)everyone ask for a name of a MOVER…………..Happy will I be NOT to give them this one. But you can bet your last penny I will tell them the story abount a move gone bad with Piggyback. I watch in horror as they tried to justify this move, nope not happening……….One guy was carring out ONE , yes I said ONE pillow at a time, at first I believed this was a joke, but no it was real, kept my mouth shut, kids are grown, don’t become momzilla………Well sorry I didn’t and I was polite to lying old NIKKI there, she is full of crap what a run around she was trying to give me. Hell just happy it was over the phone, in person things would have gotten even uglier than the move it self……….Past the work don’t use them.
